Highlights of major activities

• Rehabilitate Silos in Ndola and Kabwe, build Sheds in Chambishi, Kapirimposhi,Petauke,Mbala, Mfumbwe,Kalomo, Chisamba and Serenje
• Pay farmers on time
• Maintain adequate stocks of designated crops as Strategic Reserves
• Increase main depots from 60 to 62 (inclusion of Chingola and Shangombo)
• More involvement of DCUs, primary cooperatives and farmer associations
• More involvement of Fumigations firms, Financial Institutions and Local Transporters
• Use Export surplus to pay debts which include Bank Loans
• Opening of the Marketing season on 1st June 2010
